Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of the package. We offer free shipping for orders over €70 within the Netherlands.


2. Delivery Times
The delivery times below include shipping and local delivery:  
Netherlands: 10-20 business days (approximately 2-4 weeks).  

Europe: 15-25 business days (approximately 3-5 weeks).  

International (outside Europe): 20-30 business days (approximately 4-6 weeks).
Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays with the carrier or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods
We ship with trusted partners such as PostNL, DHL, and other international carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package.


4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate address details when placing an order. Please carefully check your shipping address (including street name, house number, postal code, and country) before completing your order. If the address details are incorrect, the package may not be delivered or may be lost. Atlas Nova Commerce LTD (operating under the name De Kleur Shop) is not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to incorrect address details. The customer is fully responsible for providing correct information and any additional costs arising from incorrect address details (e.g., costs for reshipping).


5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or the expected delivery date). We will do our best to resolve the issue, but please note that we depend on the carrier for claims and compensation.


6. Customs Fees and Taxes
For international orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by us.


7. Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must send the package back to our warehouse at your own expense. The shipping costs for returning can be high (e.g., €40 or more, depending on your location).

Follow these steps:  
Contact: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@dekleurshop.com to register your return.  

Shipping: Ship the package to the following return address:

You are responsible for shipping the package and the associated costs.  

Return Processing Time: The return shipment may take 15-30 business days (approximately 3-6 weeks), depending on your location and the shipping method.  

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Alternative: As an alternative, we offer the option of a partial refund of 30% of the purchase amount without returning the product. You can choose this option by contacting us within 14 days of receipt. Please note: these conditions also apply to our return policy (see our "Return Policy" for more details).
